We recently finished kitchen and bathroom installations at 36 Atlantic Street Apartments in Stamford, CT, a three-story, 16,195-square-foot mixed-use building built in 1925. The project included renovations of the residential units on two upper floors, designed with a younger demographic in mind seeking stylish apartments close to Stamford’s lively downtown area.

The units are single bedroom and bath. The kitchens are designed to appeal to stylish professionals and feature stainless steel appliances. We chose Mantra cabinets in Mineral with Sprectra doors, set off with Richelieu Brushed Chrome Bar Pulls. The countertops are Q Quartz by MSI in Alabaster White for a crisp, bright finish. In the bathrooms, we used Q Quartz by MSI 3cm in Snow White for the vanity tops.
