Devonshire Village is a brand new apartment complex at 314 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford.

This centrally located multi-family residential building sits close to local highway access and comprises 10 compact, yet spaciously designed apartments over three floors. Ground floor units also incorporate ADA-compliant kitchen and bath units.

The cabinets are CNC Shaker with Luxor door styles in White or Smoky Grey, which are attractive, extremely durable, and represent great value for money for multi-unit projects. We used matching vanities in the bathrooms with cultured marble tops. The countertops are Carrera White Quartz for additional style.

Hardware is simple and attractive bar pulls from Richelieu.

We are always looking for ways to accommodate our clients, including scheduling constraints to meet market requirements. After all, empty units don’t generate revenue. So, drawing on our design and project management skills, and our extensive quick-ship inventory, we were able to complete the whole project in 10 days—from start to finish!
