“Andy is wonderful to work with. He is very thorough…and really listens to his customers and works within a budget.
He can do a kitchen for a very low end or he could do a kitchen for a very high end. But he listens to what I need for a house, and come up with a budget that is really affordable. So he is right on target for what we are looking for, he understands my needs, he doesn’t try to oversell me, he comes out to the property to keep an eye on things, and was really responsive.
I think that he’s great at what he does! I’m so glad I found him: he’s a gem, and I’ll continue to work with him and refer him to others.”—Lynne Thomas, property rehabber.
We loved working with Lynne Thomas on this property rehab project located on a private cul-de-sac in the highly desirable Highlands development of Madison, CT.
The renovation itself is stunning, boasting new hardwood floors throughout, custom wood blinds, and a slider door to a new deck.
We worked with Lynne within the design parameters of the neutral colors, open floor plan and steel appliances, to install as quickly as possible, while balancing attractive design and build quality.
This particular kitchen layout involves an unusual angled wall that required an out-of-the-box solution for the cabinets. Custom cabinets would have been beyond the budget, so using existing components with standard modifications and a little creativity, we were able to create an elegant and functional working area.
The result is a bright and sunny new kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a separate eat-in area, featuring matching cabinets and granite countertops.
