Located in the in the small town of Merrimac, Regency Village is a plush social community comprising 96 units catering to 55+ residents looking for luxury and amenities.

The two-building complex has easy access to Boston, Manchester, and the MA/NH coast. Each building offers residents a lounge, community patio, library, craft room, and a fitness center. Additionally, a game room with bar provides a warm setting for gatherings for neighbors and friends.

Building One was finished with nearly 100% pre-construction occupancy. Building Two is scheduled for completion by Spring 2020.

Viking Kitchens Designer Tom Paolini worked with Property Manager Lisa Venditti of CPM Construction Management; property owners the Palmisano family; and General Contractors Greg and Mark Procopio. We supplied cabinets for the lounge areas, and kitchen cabinets, linen closets, and vanities for the apartments.

Lisa has worked with Tom and Viking Kitchens for more than 15 years. She loves that every project we’ve worked on together is precisely measured, and comes in on budget and on time. She notes: “Residents love the cabinets!” and the units have already received five-star ratings.

In keeping with the luxury feel, apartments feature Master Brands’ Aristocrat Contractor’s Choice Foundation brand Malden cabinets. These are birch all-wood construction with a full-overlay Shaker door style finished with a Rouge Stain for a rich burgundy cherry appearance. Not only beautiful, this range is an excellent choice for high-end multi-unit projects because of their durability. Doors and dovetail drawers feature soft-close action for added convenience and luxury appeal.

The Game Room bar cabinet is CNC Elegante White with full-overlay shaker door style. We included decorative glass door cabinets, and a double-stacked moulding. These decorative finished ends match the furniture base moulding and add a required touch of finesse.
