Star Deluxe Apartments

Conveniently located near downtown Milford, Star Deluxe Apartments is an upscale community of 168 units. Comprising a series of nine new residential buildings, a dramatic clubhouse, and a state-of-the-art fitness center, this new community offers studio, one- and two- bedroom apartments or spacious townhomes with outdoor space.

Interiors feature gourmet appliances, abundant natural light, and wood style flooring. For both kitchen and bathrooms, we installed Rush by Urbana, Shaker-style cabinets in a Butterscotch finish. The counters are Radianz quartz in Aleutian White. The kitchens feature stainless sinks, and the bathrooms rectangular porcelain vanity bowls. For the storage areas, including in-unit laundry facilities, we installed beautiful and dependable Organized Living Shelftech wire shelving.

And to keep such a large project on schedule, we have inventoried the Urbana cabinetry and Radianz countertops in our New Britain facility—ready to ship on demand.
