The Berkowitz Building was originally built in 1915 and is a centerpiece to New Britain. It has been restored by Capital Restoration Inc. to house 24 apartments, as well as first-floor retail space. The residential units are completed with CHC Luxor Cabinets in white and Fortaleza granite countertops. Richelieu Contemporary Metal Pulls in stainless steel finish off the timeless design.
