Situated in the popular commercial and residential corridor of on Rt. 99 on Silas Deane Highway, the development is anchored by a Bistro on-site in the first mid-rise with the second building featuring first floor office space with apartment residences above.

We are proud to be working with Lexington Partners to complete kitchens and bathrooms for the residences—studios, one-, two-, and select three-bedroom modern apartment homes.

We used Urbana cabinets with a Putty Texture Laminate in the kitchens. Hardware features 6″ bar pulls. Counters are stylish and durable Steel Grey Granite with stainless steel sinks in the kitchen and rectangular China sinks in the bathrooms.

The final design accentuates the ample natural light from the large windows all in keeping with the modern feel of the residences.
