Upward at 196 Trumbull is a co-living multi-unit complex in Hartford built to serve as a foundation and springboard for the brightest minds coming to live, work, and thrive in the city of Hartford. It is designed to foster a community to its resident professionals, who include digital nomads and business travelers.

Residents enjoy turn-key, all-inclusive living spaces designed with modern convenience in mind. Each secure, private apartment comes fully furnished with stylish and functional decor for the bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom.

On-site common spaces include a fully-equipped commercial kitchen, recreation room, and comfortable social areas.

We carefully selected our cabinetry and hardware to match the look and feel of this ultra-modern design. In the kitchens, we chose Urbana Cabinets’ thermafoil Riva door style. The upper cabinets are in Arctic White and the lower cabinets in Java. For a clean and modern finish, the hardware are standard bar pulls from Richelieu. Counters are “Q” Quartz in Snow White by MSI (and in Raw Concrete in the common areas).

The upscale design continues through to the bathrooms, which all feature matching Urbana vanities.
